Getting to Toro from Madrid by bus
Hi Grant,
There are no buses to Zamora from Madrid I'm afraid. The only way you can get there is to travel from Madrid to Valladolid - details at https://www.alsa.es/VentaParticulares/AGVenta and then get a taxi to Toro (there are no buses linking Valladolid to Zamora or Toro). It's a 69km journey which will take about an hour and cost in the region of €85.

Dear Linda,
Thanks for the information on the train. You don't by any chance have any info on a bus timetable for getting to Zamora .
Thanks
Grant Baillie
Hi Grant,
It's a 234km journey and there are no buses from Madrid to Toro. Your best best it to get a train from the centre of Madrid to Zamora - details at http://horarios.renfe.es/hir/index.jsp?page=hjhir130.jsp&O=MADRI&D=30200&AF=2007&MF=MM&DF=DD&SF=NaN&ID=i
and then a taxi into Toro - it's a 39km journey which will take about 30 minutes and cost about €50.
You can find details of the various ways to get from the airport to the train station at http://www.spanish-airport-guide.com/madrid-airport.html
