TV screens at Faro Airport

I suspected that might be the case! Thanks for your thoughts anyway.....lets hope we fly through passport control/baggage/car rental! Oh well, i'll just have to put up with sunny weather and great golf courses instead!

The only time I can remember seeing television screens at Faro Airport was during the World Cup Football when Portugal were obviously pretty heavily involved! The Portuguese are not big on rugby so I would be amazed if there was anything being broadcast at the airport on Sunday. There are no sports bars nearby and your best bet is probably to head for your resort and hope they have a television there and you catch some of the match. I live in Spain and we are a Spanish guide so hopefully I will be proved wrong and you will be greeted by a large screen showing it!

Hi Gary,

I came across your details on the Faro Airport website. I have a strange question.....I am arriving on Saturday at Faro Airport at 2.30pm (local) and the England vs Australia rugby Quarter Final starts at 3pm.....I wondered if you knew of anywhere in the aiport or very close by that may show the rugby.
