Locking Luggage

Hi Joe,

Well I always lock mine when travelling in and out of Spain. The only reason I can think of your not locking it is that if it is lost then it can be easily opened to try and identify the contents, but I always put a contact number in one of the outside pockets in my case so there is a reference point there instead.

It is much safer to lock it.

It has been advised to not lock luggage. This was always advised when traveling to the US, but does this also apply to Spain. I am coming from Canada.
