Getting from Las Palmas to Puerto Rico
Afraid most taxis will only take 4 people and luggage so you will have a book a private transfer which will cost a bit more. The best people to contact are Islas Canarias Tours at http://www.islascanariastours.com/cgi-bin/rez60load.pl?transfers/book-transfers.html who will give you an online quote. If there are 5 of you with bus fares, etc, it is probably worth getting a quote for the journey from the airport as well. The other alternative is to find the nearest rank when you get off the bus (there is always one near a bus station in Spain) and get 2 taxis.
As far as the weather on Gran Canaria is concerned, the north tends to be cooler while the south is warmer and sunny. The east coast of the island is flat dotted with beaches while the western coast is rockier and mountainous. Average temperatures for late November are between 22-24ºC

One more question, would you have a link to a taxi firm so I could book a taxi for 5 people and luggage to puerto rico.
And what is the weather usually like in late November.
Thanks in advance
Hi again Brian,
The taxi ride is only about 20 minutes.
