Faulty goods purchased at Valencia Airport

What an impressively speedy response! Yes the watch works, it a bracelet strap which has come apart so it clicks everything I wear. Spiky piece of wire sticking out so not wearable anymore. I will try to find a DKNY repairer and come back to you if I get nowhere!

Hi Vicky,

If it's a well known brand then as long as you have the original receipt then in theory you can send it to the nearest repairer/manufacturer and ask for a replacement. I don't think Aldeasa will want to get involved at this stage as it was working when they sold it to you. Do you have any details in the packaging it came with?

What wonderful website! Only problem being I cannot immediately find any clues to my problem, which is that I bought a watch at an Aldeasa shop in Valencia airport, about 3 months ago, and its now faulty. The receipt I have says returns within 3 months…and I am on 3 months today….but no sure how to go about it - surely I don't need to return to the airport to get my money back or an exchange? I have tried to call the number on the receipt but there is a fault and its not connecting.

Please advise if you can help as it's a lovely watch and was not cheap so would hate to have to just ditch it!
