Hello,

This Friday 26th October, late evening, I returned home from Tenerife, travelling through Tenerife South Airport, making a purchase in one of the duty free shops, Gonzalo Comella, where I purchased a bag.

The bag has a front pocket that requires a key, but when I returned home and unpacked the bag the key was not in the bag. The shop assistant had removed the packaging so I can only presume it was in this.

Please advise how I can contact the shop, to see if they can source a key for me, my husband will be returning in 3 weeks so I could arrange for him to collect it from the shop.
