As per your email. I have not recently hired a car from you I have tried via your email ticket system to change the dates for the hire from 15/10/07 to 19/10/07 inclusive to the new dates of 21/10/07 to 27/10/07 inclusive but have had no reply. Can you confirm that these dates have been changed ?
