Car hire

I'm afraid we are not the car booking agency so I don't know which airport you are arriving at. At some of the Spanish airports all the hire cars are parked off site and you have to be shuttled to them. If this is not the case and some hire cars are available at the terminal, if you email cartrawler on their complaints line at ccm@cartrawler.com with your booking reference you can ask them to amend the reservation.

Dear Gary

I have just booked a hire car through the link on your website and only after paying a deposit and completing the booking form have I been informed that instead of picking the car up direct from the Airport on my arrival, I will be taken by bus off site to get the car. Perhaps it would be helpful to clients if they could be told this before making a booking.
After waiting for an hour and a half on an occasion last year at an off site office to pick up my car I did not want to repeat this fiasco again!
