You can contact Aldeasa at Ibiza Airport by telephone on +34 971 809 166 or fax on +34 971 395 401 (they do not have an email address) . Depending on how good your Spanish is, you might find it easier to contact the watch manufacturer and ask them for a spare set of instructions.

I bought a gent's chronological watch on 30 September at Aldeasa, Ibiza on my way home to Scotland. When I got home I discovered there were no instructions in the box. The girl that served me had removed them when she was stamping my guarantee and didn't put them back. How can I get in touch with the Aldeasa shop to request they send me the instructions? I can't find an email address for them. I would appreciate your assistance.
