Malaga Airport building work

The building work at Malaga Airport is contained within the airport area as it involves the building of a new runway, car park and terminal extension. It has been going on now for a couple of years which means that the exits out of there are well signposted and the traffic flow is pretty good (except during the peak months). So your onward journey to Ferrocarril shouldn't be affected.

I understand that there is building work going on at Malaga airport. Do you know how this affects the ease of getting between the airport and the Ferrocarril?
