Foodstuff restrictions

What are the restrictions on bring in food in luggage to Spain (Alicante Airport) For example Melton Mobury Pork Pies
or anything else like that which you cannot get in Spain which my brother keeps asking me to bring in!!!

Hi Patrick,

You cannot bring any foodstuffs in your hand luggage but you can include it in your baggage which goes in the hold. Your brother is right - the nearest place I have found the proper Melton Mowbray pork pies is in Gibraltar!
