There are no trains at Vigo Airport, but you can get a bus to the city centre. Details at http://www.spanish-airport-guide.com/vigo-airport.html

The Hotel Mexico is about 10km from the airport so a taxi will cost in the region of €12-15.

Do you know whether I can take a train from Vigo airport to Hotel Mexico in Vigo?

I would be arriving Friday about 13hrs and departing Monday about 06hrs.
