Lost property at Palma Airport

Saturday August 4th - 6-30 am I left my glasses case with two pairs of glasses near a hire car we had returned in in the air port multi story car park level 3. I realsed this at the check in and returned for them but was unable to find them and there was no one insite to ask. I am required by my insurance compay to repot the loss any idea how I can do this,
