Lost luggage with Clickair
Hi Nora,
Unfortunately this is the time of year when we get a lot of reports on lost luggage. As you are getting no response from Barcelona Airport all I can suggest is that you contact Aena (who are the Spanish Airport Authority) customer service line. The telephone number is 902 404 707 or email bcninfofi@aena.es Or you can try the Clickair customer assistance telephone number at Barcelona Airport which is is 807 117 117.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
Linda
Dear Gary,
I am not sure if you can help me or us, with the same situation at all but I have no idea to whom I can turn to.
On the 27th of July I took a flight with Clickair from Barcelona to Budapest. The flight number is XG1148.
My suitcase has disappeared and at least 20 others on that flight. I was told by Ferihegy Lost Luggage office, hundreds of others since from the same flight by Clickair.
There was a lost luggage report taken at Ferihegy airport. I have been in contact with them since everyday they cannot help. There is no representative in Hungary from Clickair. To the emails and faxes that the Hungarian Lost Luggage office is sending, are no responses at all.
The telephone numbers which were given on the lost luggage report, are either automatic telephone messages or they do not pick it up. Some cannot be called from Hungary. 0034915141319, I call continuously when finally someone picks it up, the answer is they are Iberia, they cannot help in Clickair cases, they don't know where the suitcase is. 800 254 252 47, automatic message, 902 341 342 cannot be called from Hungary.
I had very valuable personal things in my suitcase, that I cannot replace, ex. work references. The damage in material things is approximately 2-3000 Euros. Do you have any suggestion, what could I do to find my suitcase?
how could I contact with other passengers that had the same experience with Clickair? What do they do?
With kind regards, Nora Nagy
