hi i found your site on google. i recently on aug 3 traveled on meridiana from
barcelona to florence and my baggage was lost. as of today florence says the bag
has still not arrived from barcelona. i am very worried about the status of my bags
and if i will ever receive them again. i filed a claim with meridiana but they only
gave me a fax number. besides the florence airport, who still doesnt' have the bag
who should i contact to locate the bags?
