Lost luggage at Barcelona

Hi Elena,

Well good news about your luggage but bad news about the camera. I'm afraid it's impossible for me to say which airport it happened at, and trying to prove anything I suspect would be impossible. All I can suggest is that you write directly to Aena (the Spanish Airport Authority) to see if they can help. Their email contact details are http://mail.google.com/mail/?view=cm&fs=1&tf=1&to=servicios-aeroportuarios@aena.es&fs=1

Hope you manage to get some response from them.

Linda

Hi,Linda!
last month i wrote you about my problem with my lost luggage and you show me a lot of care in my case(thank you very much for that),that's why i dare to write you again.i found my luggage.it happened to be sent by airport Pulkovo in St. Petersburg to airport in Moscow. But now my camera missing from my bag.i was trying to complain to airport service but they say that if i don't have a luggage tag i can't claim anything against them. But one more thing bother me:all that time Pulkovo airport authorities told me that it was Barcelona's mistake and Spain doesn't answer there requests and etc.Now when i ask them to find out who stealing in there airport because my luggage was sealed up in Pulkovo, the answer was next:why do you think it happened in our airport maybe it was in Barcelona?
I hope you can help me to find any place or organization where i could complain about such a crying injustice.
Sincerely,
Elena Kolsanova
