My daughter will be flying with Iberia from TFS to Madrid on Thursday of this week. Do you know a) if Iberia serve free food on their flight (can't get a response from Iberia here) and b) if she can take a food and drink through security at TFS or is their security as strict as ours?.

Your daughter can't take food and drink through security at Tenerife South but she can purchase something at the cafeteria to take on board once she has checked in and is airside.

Some Iberia flights offer a free snack and some charge depending on the length of the flight. On a domestic flight to Madrid I would guess it will be something very small with limited or no choice, so she is better off taking something on board.
