Getting from Denia to Valencia

The only other way I can find of getting to Valencia is via the tram from Denia to Alicante - details at http://www.fgv.es/fgv/htmleng/lineas/lineas.htm and then get the Renfe train to Valencia - details at http://www.fgv.es/fgv/htmleng/lineas/lineas.htm

This is a very roundabout way of getting to the airport and I would be reluctant to try it out when trying to catch a flight. Sorry can't give you better news.

Hi Sue,

In my experience Spanish taxis offer a good service and they are not metered so you can confirm the cost at the beginning of your journey. The distance between Denia and Valencia is 113km and will cost in the region of €140-150.

Hi Sue,

As you will see from this link there is only one bus a day which gets you into Valencia Airport at 10.30 which is leaving it a bit late to check in and catch your flight (unless you have on line check in) http://www.alsa.es/VentaParticulares/contenidoHorarios.jsp?aeropuertos=S

I will be staying in a villa in Pedreguer with friends from 29 August to 1st September. The nearest resort to us is Denia and I would like to know about bus services from Denia to Valencia airport on 1st September. My flight leaves Valencia at 1125.

Would you be kind enough to let me know details. Your advice and repose would be appreciated.
