Getting from Bilbao to Mundaka

You can get the Euskotren from the centre of Bilbao to Mundaka by catching the Bermeo line (Mundaka is one stop before the end of the line). You can see the route map at http://www.euskotren.es/euskotran/html/castellano/pdf/PLANOLINEAS.pdf
This has got to be one of the worst transport websites I have ever tried to manoeuvre around and trying to find timetables is impossible. I need to get from Bilbao Airport to Mundaka and was wondering if there's a direct train or if it will require any changes etc? Also, as mu flight arrive quite late in the evening (at about eight) I need to know how late the trains run…
