Car Hire with Australian Driving Licence

I'm afraid I'm not surprised you're not getting much response from the car hire companies at the moment as they are stretched to their limits coping with the amount of car hire requests they are receiving!

I'm afraid I don't know whether an Australian driver's licence can be used here and think you might be better ringing Hertz direct if you are planning on using them anyway.

Hi Gary,
This might seem like a weird question to ask of you but I have tried
emailing the car companies and I cant get a reply and you were very helpful
with my previous questions!. I am planning to hire a car in Gerona in
September (probably from Hertz) but I cant seem to find out whether or not
I can drive on my Australian driver's license. Do you know any details in
regard to this?
