Car hire booking

We do make the hire car bookings but we do receive a record from Cartrawler, and cannot find any reference to one made in your name on the dates you mentioned. It may be that the car hire company you are using, eg: maybe Avis or whoever has debited your card? The best thing for you to do is to email Cartrawler again at ccm@cartrawler.com (which is their complaints service and receives priority treatment) giving them as many details as you can including the credit card booking reference.

On 25 February I booked an opel astra s/w through the car trawler website for collection from Malaga airport on 18th August @ c2.00pm returning to same location Cmidday 1st September. I am currently getting all details together and am unable to find the confirmation booking reference and believe there are lots of car rental co's at Malaga and need the reference to enable me to find the right desk.

Is this something that you can help with?

I have faxed car trawler and received a reply that they have no record of the booking but the charge on my credit card names them collecting 52.35 euros.
