Trains and taxis from Reus to Sitges
Linda
Thanks ever so much for the information.. Very helpful indeed, though had a feeling it would be news like this.. lol Taxi it is me thinks.. Shame so far away, but didnt realise Sitges was that far from Reus.. Think Barcelona is the best airport even if cost is more.. At least we can get back to Reus fairly straight forward as its daytime.. I will have to make sure i at least have 50 euros each for the taxi just in case.. Again thanks. Much appreciated Wayne
Hi Wayne,
Not goods news I'm afraid. There are no buses direct to Sitges and the last train departs from Reus city centre at 21.18. Renfe timetables at http://horarios.renfe.es/hir/index.jsp?page=hjhir120.jsp&O=71400&D=?&AF=2007&MF=MM&DF=DD&SF=NaN&ID=iIt's about a 75km journey so a taxi will cost in the region of €80. The only other alternative is to get a quote for an airport transfer which you can do here http://search.transferstore.com/searchtransfers.aspx?action=airport&iata=REU&r=AF&cob=2&utm_source=AffiliateFuture&utm_campaignor hire a car and you can get a competitive quote at http://www.spanish-airport-guide.com/car-hire-spain.html
Hope you manage to sort something out.
Linda
Hello there,
Me and my partner are coming to Sitges tomorrow evening around 10pm. We are flying into Reus airport and need to find the best way to get to Sitges centre as there doesnt seem to be much information about after 10:30pm.. Is it easier to get a taxi from Reus, or is there trains available that will take us to Sitges? We are wanting to know prices so we can prepare ourselves and just get to Sitges as soon as.. Can you help??
Regards Wayne Bailey
