Hi Gary

I hope you can help me. My son flew with Iberia Airlines from Palma to Brcelona yesterday Julyu 24th on flight IB 1713. Unfortunately he forgot to pick his tent from the baggage claim area in Barcelona airport. He is now in N Spain. I am travelling to Barcelona this Saturday and could try to pick up the tent. I am having a problem to speak with the correct person to see if they have found the tent. Can you please help.

The baggage receipt number is IB 123818.
