Hi Gary,

I came across your e-mail address when i was trying to find a telephone number for lost luggage at madrid airport. I am wondering if you maybe able to help.

I flew from Mahon Airport in Menorca to Madrid on the 7/7/2007 with Vueling Airlines. On arrival we were told that none of the luggage had been put onto the aircraft. The following day I flew home to Gibraltar. There was no news on the luggage after repeatedly checking Vuelings web page until the 10/7/07 when it shows that it had arrived in Madrid. The airline have not been in contact with me at all and the number we were given was for their Barcelona branch. When I call them it appears they simply have access to the same online information as myself.

I am now getting concerned that the longer my luggage stays in Madrid Airport the greater chance there is of it getting lost forever.
Is there a telephone number i can contact for Vueling Luggage at Madrid airport, or even a number for Luggage that is awaiting to be sent to its final destination?
