i try to call this number but this is the place in BRC airport for unclaimed luggage.a girl speaking English very bad and my spanish is very poor.i dont think my luggage still there because in my airlines office they said it would be sent to Madrid where all unclaimed luggage.the saddest part is that all my memories about BRC are only my lost luggage.

i had flight from barcelona to russia(LED) at 08.07. and they lost my suitcase.my company told me that after 5 days all luggage in spain are sent to some spatial store in Madrid.do u know something about that?and do i have any chance after all find my luggage?
