I need someone who speaks English and can help my daughter who is in Barcelona without her luggage from her Click Air Flight.

My 20 year old daughter, Morgan Eisinberg, flew on Click Air on 01/07/07 on flight XG1167 from Rome (FCO) to Barcelona and her luggage is missing. She is VERY upset and does not have her clothes or medicines and does NOT speak Spanish. Can some PLEASE Help her? Her two trips to the airport have come up empty-handed and she doesn't know what to do. She is leaving Barcelona on 05-07-07, Thursday.
