Getting from Girona to Sant Pere Pescador

Well the transport links are not good. I can't find any trains or buses that run to the resort. The nearest railway station seems to be Figueres which is 25km away. A taxi from Girona airport to Las Dunas will cost you in the region of €60

I heed to know how I can get to my destination from Gerona. Not driving , therefore trains, buses, etc.. if necessary, will I have to stay overnight at Girona? Need urgent reply please.
