CAR HIRE

I am not sure what could have happened, maybe as the booking was going being confirmed
Avis ran out of cars.

As you know we only recommend our visitors to use the Car Trawler engine so we have little DIRECT control over bookings.

Below are the numbers for the customer services department at Car Trawler who I hope should be able to give you the reassurances you are looking for OR offer you another car hire company.

I have just booked car hire with you via your website linking with AVIS car Hire. After the booking had been taken it then defaulted to ORLANDO CAR HIRE - NOT AVIS.

Can you please advise why this has happened?

We holidayed in Fuerteventura at Easter and booked a car through ORLANDO. The car that we booked was not available in fact there were NO cars available in the category that we booked. The agent at ORLANDO at CASTILLO informed us that there was only category C (CLIO) available at that depot,even though we had paid for a Megane or similar (Category D).

As you can imagine we are concerned to have been directed to ORLANDO again.

Since we started booking via AVIS through yourselves:

• can you confirm that we will be dealing with AVIS
• If not and we are dealing with ORLANDO what assurances can you give us that we will get the car we ask for and paid for.
