In fact the hire firm is Car Trawler and the agent is Auriga Crown. None of them supply e-mail address, but I'll try to contact them in one way or the other.

Hi,

As we don't actually do the car hire bookings you need to send this mail to the people you made the booking through. When you received your booking reference you should have received an email address for them.
