Car hire at Reus Airport

Sorry to hear about your experience. I am a little confused as Car Trawler are a Car Hire Broker and therefore dont have offices at the various airports, they find the best deals and then book htem on your behalf. On your booking confirmation you receieved there should have been the name of the company you were going to be collecting the car from and all the contact details.

The best thing to do is call Car Trawler on any of the follwoing numbers, I am sure they will help...

Hi Gary.

Just a brief 'heads up' as regards Car Trawler specifically at Reus Airport.

We made a late booking for two cars on July 6th for pick up from the Ryan Air Flight, 13:00hrs July 7th.

Deposit made by credit card...all went well...that is until arrival and we find not only is there no trace of our reserved cars, there is also no trace of any office to do with Car Trawler.

Phone calls to the listed office on our reservation sheet also went un-answered.

We were well and truly stranded - 3 adults and 7 children. No car, no contact and all other agencies had been sold out of their vehicles.

You can count me as truly unimpressed with Car Trawler but to add insult to injury, now, I find we have been charged the deposit fee of 27.32 x 2 and no sign of a refund.

Can you forward an email contact with Car Trawler so that I can request a refund for services that were not rendered?
