There is no security desk listed at Palma but the general enquiries number there is +34 971 789 000, and if get no joy from them then try +34 902 404 704 which is the customer assistance number for Aena which is the Spanish Airport Authority.

What a rotten end to the holiday: hope you manage to get something sorted out.

We flew back from Palma on Saturday and while going through security at Palma airport my boyfriends engagement ring was stolen from his tray. We tried speaking to a member of staff but they were very busy and said there was nothing they could do, as we only had 5 minutes to get to our departure gate to board our flight we didn't have time to make an official report which now means we are having difficulty making an insurance claim.
Do you have a phone number of the security desk at the airport so that we can make a statement over the phone? Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
