Jerez to Gibraltar

Hi again Nicola,

I've only ever passed through Jerez and not stayed there so can't give a recommendation based on personal experience, but I have just written an area guide to Jerez at http://www.spanish-airport-guide.com/jerez-airport-area-guide.html which gives you some general information on the city and where the best beaches are. Thanks Linda, I don't suppose you could help us again. My husband has ameeting in Gib on the Friday we thought we would fly into Jerez on the Thursday evening and spend a couple of days there with the kids. Can yourecommend a resort?Nicola

Hi Nicola, >>It's about an hour and 30 minutes drive. If you are planning on crossing the Gib border this is the unknown>quantity, as at this time of the year the queues can be horrendous. Your other>option>is to park on the Spanish side outside the large Burger King you will see >on>your left as you approach the border and then walk across and catch a bus>or>taxi by the airstrip.>
