Buggy transport at Palma Airport

The airline normally arrange this their handling agents at the destination airport. Don't know who you spoke to at Palma, but BmiBaby agents are Servitour on +34 971 789 475 or +34 902 100 737. email bmibaby@servitour.esAs it's the peak season they may well not want to know until a couple of days before your departure, but I am sure they will sort something out for you.

Am trying to book two people to have the buggy service on arrival and departure at palma airport. Your recent reply to a similar question was that it was up to the airline.
Have just received a phone call from BMIbaby that it is up to the airport itself.
Have phoned Palma airport today and was told to telephone again a couple of days before the holiday.

Help!!!!!!!!!
A very frustrated and confused female!!!
Hoping you can give me some advise.
