Regional Trains at Barcelona

Dear Gary

I am flying to Barcelona on Friday 8 June and will use the rail shuttle to Barcelona-Sants station, I then wish to take the Regional Express train to L'Aldea Amposta (just after Tortosa) and return to Barcelona Sants (and airport) early on the morning of Monday 11 June for a mid-day flight back to Manchester.

I have been on the RENFE web site and am unable to obtain a timetable of trains for these dates...can you help on this please?

I have just checked and I cant find them either and I am not sure which alternative station is closest.

I think the best thing to do is call RENFE on the follwoing number, they do speak English...
