Pick car up in Madrid and drop of in Seville

Hi,
Is it possible to rent a car in Madrid and drop it off in Sevilla? We want to spend a week driving down from Madrid to Vejar de la Frontera and then spend 3 weeks there and fly out of a nearby airport - Sevilla, Malaga etc.
