Iberia at Seville Airport Complaints
Hi Gary
Don't know if you have any ideas - my son went on a school trip from the UK to Seville and left his wallet (full of cash) on the plane on the way out. I have tried many times, but there seems to be no possible way to speak to anyone from Iberia airlines other than the sales people, who have no interest in helping about this. I would have thought they had some responsibility to at least have some means of reuniting people with lost property, but they are just uncontactable.
Sorry if this isn't your kind of question!
Best wishes,
Julie
My Reply...
Hi Julie
We have been away so sorry for the delay in replying.
A lot of people are fed up with Iberia and there (supposed) customer services.
You could try the Spanish Airport Authourity Helpline on 0034 902 404 704, they speak English and may have a direct number or something.
Good luck
Regards
Gary

Iberia are the worst airline ever! I flew from London Heathrow to Madrid with them! They lost my bag on the way and I only got it back when I returned to the airport. It was a weekend trip and they claimed that the people who deliver lost bags don't work weekends. SO i returned to the airport and spent 2 hours being sent around the airport looking for my bag. Finally got it (arrived at airport 3 hours early) then went to check in for the flight with my bag. They said the flight was closed and charged me €50 to go on the next flight. It was 2 hours delayed which meant I missed my connection to COrk and had to wait 4 hours for another flight to cork which was 1 hour late! I had to buy clothes during my holiday and Iberia never gave me a penny or apologised. Iberia I'm sending you to court!!
Sorry to hear of your problems. We do not work for Iberia but good luck
with trying to get compensation from them!
Linda
