Hiring Mopeds at Murcia

I am looking to go to spain with a group of freinds this coming summer. Because we are only 16 we wont be able to drive but are thinking about trying to rent mopeds, is there anywhere around Murcia or San migual (that is were we will be staying) were we can rent them.Your time is greatly appreciated.
