Complaints Telephone number for Spanish Airports

Dear Gary,

My bag has been lost for 4 days and I finally received it today. My bag is ruined and my necklace (which I just bought; never been worn before) is broken.

Half of my holiday is ruined because I was on the phone the whole time with the luggage dept.

Apparently the bag has been travelling up and down to Valencia and Barcelona and Palma but I am on Menorca.

I would like to have an email address, a regular address and a telephone number.

Would you be so kind to send it to me?

I am happy to have my bag back but I will never forget this incident anymore.

Hi Renee,

Sounds like you have had a bad week!

I am sorry to have taken while to get back to you but I have been away.

The Spanish Airport Authority are not very forthcoming with email addresses (yet). The best thing to do is call the follwoing number, I am sure they will be able to help.
