Claiming back insurance at Seville

Hello,

I had a terrible journey from SEville last week as I was flying on the 2nd May from Seville to Stansted and got caught in the terrible rain and the accidents on the motorway from Huelva to Seville. I missed my flight. I was able to be re-routed but at great expense and am now trying to claim from my insurance people. They now require me to get information that there was an accident on the motorway to Seville when I was trying to get to the airport on the morning of the 2nd May How do I do this, please? Also, do you have a phone number for Ryannair at Seville airport?
