They should be, if not THEY WILL have arrangements for customers to colelct cars.
To be safe I would book before you go!
If you hire a car from the airport you can drive down to Jerez in just under an hour, Marbella on the Costa del Sol in around 3 hours and even Faro in Portugal in around 2½ hours. The are five main car hire companies based at the airport in Seville. You can find the Seville airport car hire companies on the ground floor of the main terminal building.
Atesa at Seville, Avis at Seville, Crown Car Hire at Seville airport, Europcar at Seville Airport and Hertz at Seville Airport.
