Barcelona Airport to Salou

Hi Gary, can you give me details from Barcelona AIRPORT EL Prat, TO SALOU.

arriving on july 9, going to Camping SANGULÍ, SALOU (Tarragona, Cataluña)

Arriving approx noon from dublin, 2 adults, 2 children

is there a direct train, or bus down to salou???which is cheapest way.
