Washington to Madrid

Gary,
I am sending my son (age 17 1/2) to meet his grandmother in Spain this summer. He will be flying directly from Washington DC, USA to Madrid arriving at 7:20am at Terminal 4S. His second portion of the flight to Malaga is at 9:50 am from Terminal 2. Is it possible to travel from Terminal 4S to Terminal 2 and go through Customs in that amount of time?

As long as the plane from the USA is on time then no problem...
