Transfer from Tenerife South Airport to Hollywood Mirrage Hotel

My family and I will be arriving 11:00 o'clock in the evening in July at Tenerife South Airport. I would like to know how safe it is for us to transfer from the Airport to Hollywood Mirage Resort by a privalte car and how long does it take to reach our destination.

Your advice will be appreciated.
