Trains in Spain

Hi Gary,
I called the number you gave me and they told me that if you break your journey you must book again.
I also called the Spanish Rail office in London (020 7725 7063), took several attempts to get through but booked my tickets through them. They have 10 euro pp handling charge (for as many tickets that you wish to book), but offer a small discount and did find us a cheaper journey from Madrid to Cordoba, that had not been displayed on the RENFE site. I was also told that it's advisable to book in advance for long distance journeys (guess that's rather like in UK).
Thanks for your help
