Kids Play Area Gran Canaria Airport

My son has injured his eye brow and underneath his eye on a soft play area at Gran Canaria (adjacent to burger king) airport and was lucky not to injure his eye. I would like to let the authorities know about this so that it cannot happen again. We saw the first aider and someone who worked for the airport but did not have time to persue it further as we were concerned about Tom. I’m not interested in looking for an insurance claim but would hate for worse to happen to someoneelse’s child

Hi Liz,
I fear that you may hit a blank wall on this BUT it is worth you calling the main Spanish Airport Auhtority Helpline on 0034 902 404 704, they speak English and I am sure they can put you through to the Manager of the airport in Gran Canaria.
