Driving around Tenerife

HI:
Are the roads easy to drive on in Tenerife?
Are parking tickets given out often?
Is it easy to find Hertz at the North Tenerife airport?
What should I know about renting a car there?

Hi Dian

Tenerife is not huge and there are not too many main roads so driving is easy.

As far as I know the Hertz office is within the airport and is very easy to find.

The only thing you need to know for sure is whether you need to return the car with an empty or a full fuel tank/

If you havent driven overseas before then just take your time and remember that the driver is always in the middle of the road.
