booking car trawler -waiting for confirmation

Dear Sir,

On 22 of February I made a reservation via Internet service, but Since today I did not receive any confirmation.

Booking fee was taken from my credit card, but I have no information about the car.

How can I check if my booking is valid and where to collect a car?
