Baby Car Seats in Taxis at Malaga Airport

Hi Gary,
We are travelling to Spain (Costa Del Sol) in June for our holiday and we will have to get a taxi from Malaga airport to our resort. We have a small baby who will be 7 months old, is it the law in Spain that you must have a car seat to transport your baby in cars?
Thanks for your help, I look forward to your reply.
Kind Regards

Hi Claire

It is the law BUT just like the UK you wont find a taxi with a baby seat! We have a 3 year old and when we go back to LONDON the black cabs dont have car seats.

This is always a diffcult one and I dont envy your situation. To be 100% safe when you are getting around you would need to hire a car and a baby seat.

I am sure everything will be OK, where are you staying, if its close to the airport I would just go for the taxi.
