Almeria to Vera Playa Transfers

Hello

My daughter and I will be arriving at Almeria airport on 17th July and need to transfer to Vera Playa. Could you give me some information on shared shuttle transfer or public transport.I have had quotes for private transfer but these cost rather a lot!! Do you know what the cost would be by taxi for 2 adults + luggage - the private transfer firms charge per person is it the same with taxis?

Hi Maureen.

A taxi would cost about 80 / 85 euros. Its about 80 kms and taxis are roughly 1 euro per km.

Buses are very difficult to get information on, I know that you would need to get the bus from the airport into the City Center (very easy) and then change for a bus to Vera. The only problem is I dont know how often the run etc.

I would ask the hotel or people whose accommodation you are staying at to find you the info for the buses.
