Alicante Airport Lost Property

Hello, How do i go about getting intouch with the lost property department at ALICANTE airport. My son aged 12 flew out with JET2 yesterday flight no LS879 at 14.20 from Manchester. he left a box containing psp games. Iv rang alicante from england and they just keep giving me different numbers to ring but still cant get through. If i can get somone to say that they have found them or not. My parents live in spain so they could pick them up. Also if not i have to claim from my insurance but they need a letter from ALICANTE airport saying that i have reported it. Hope you can help me with this matter. Thankyou.
